Our Costa Rica Condo Rental

is located in the exclusive Cariari Country Club area of northwestern San Jose Costa Rica. This security gated and walled rental Condo is part of a multi-unit Condo complex of individual Costa Rica condos in a complex that lends to maximum security due to the presence of other Condo owners or their guests being on the premises on a routine basis. The Cariari area around our rental condo is made up of very nice home complexes, other high dollar condos and large Costa Rica homes. This condo rental is only about three city blocks from our Cariari Bed and Breakfast.


As a rental guest of our Condo and/or the Cariari Bed and Breakfast in our rental Condo you will be enjoying some of the same benefits as the members of the Cariari Country Club and Golf Course, just like other residents of the condo complex.

This Costa Rica Condo rental unit is fairly new and constructed as a deluxe rental condo with all the amenities one would expect to find in a two story three bedroom house or Condo back home: Open concept living room and dining room combination with a sofa, ratton chairs, coffee table, wall mounted cable TV, high windows with blinds, a round dining room table with four chairs, an atrium off alcove and a half bath off the dining room area with a toilet and sink; A full equipped kitchen (not condo sized), with side-by-side refrigerator / freezer and ice maker, electric range, toaster oven, microwave, track lighting, all pots and pans, blender, coffee maker all within view of the Atrium; A laundry room with washer and dryer, cabinets; and a fully furnished maids quarters with a shower.

The rental condo has three bedrooms located upstairs and information on each individual bedroom can be found by using the links on the left margin of this page. Should you opt to only rent one of the bedrooms at the Condo you will also have the full use of the rest of the rental Condo, but remember as an individual renter you may be sharing the Condo with others needing a short term rental at the Cariari Bed and Breakfast in western San Jose, Costa Rica.


This Costa Rica Condo rental is only located a few blocks from our bed and breakfast, a few blocks from a Pharmacy, restaurant and convenience store, across the street from the entrance to the Cariari Golf and Country Club, three blocks south of the Pan American Highway, ten minutes away from the International Airport, Sansa Airlines, and Nature Air in Pavas, Costa Rica; and fifteen minutes away from downtown San Jose.
