The Ramada Heredia Convention Center and the Double Tree Hilton Holtel are under a mile away making it a good base if you plan on attending one of the dozens of International Conventions that are held in San Jose, Costa Rica each year.

This Costa Rica bed & Breakfast is also within easy walking distance to two hotel casinos, a couple of good restaurants (we serve breakfast), a Mini Mart, a pharmacy and the well known Cariari Country Club and Golf Course. Downtown San Jose, Costa Rica is only fifteen minutes away by car and is home to both the well known Gold Museum and the Jade Museum, Walking Street, several 17th century church buildings which are worth the trip to town. The bed and breakfast is also located about half way between Clinica Biblica and the Cima Hospital, and ten minutes away from Prisma Dental making this a great place to stay if you are looking for a Bed & Breakfast to stay in while getting medical attention or having dental work performed, both of which are high quality and low cost in Costa Rica;

The Cariari Costa Rica Bed and Breakfast is a 5 and a 1/2 bedroom / five and 1/2 bath room house, of which three bed room, each with a private bathroom, are rented out every month of the year. 1) The Friendly suite which sleeps 4+ with two beds, a full bath room and huge shower; 2) The Honeymoon suite which sleep two in Queen bed with a full bathroom and shower; 3) The Royal Suite which sleeps two in a King bed with a full bathroom and tub, this room has a doorway to a small balcony as well as a private doorway leading from the bed room to the rooftop covered patio and bar.

The B&B also has a living room that seat eight in comfort, a huge roof top patio and bar with seating for 10 to 20 people; a formal dining room for sit down functions; a very large kitchen where your meals will be prepared and a very nice covered patio dining room, enclosed by ornamental iron work, where you can enjoy breakfast while listening to the parrots and small river that makes up the Westerly property line of this Costa Rica Bed and Breakfast.

The owner of this Costa Rica Bed & Breakfast is an USA ex-travel agent and can greatly assist you on what to see and what to do while in the Cariari, San Jose or northern regions of Costa Rica. She can also assist by making arrangement for transportation anywhere in the country and offer guidance on available tours and hotels if you are traveling outside of the Cariari area.

Breakfast are included at the Cariari bed and breakfast at no extra cost. Expect to find fresh fruit, eggs the way you like them, sausage, Banana Bread you won't be able to resist eating, potatoes, pancakes, or order breakfast the night before and if it is available you will find it on the breakfasts table the next morning.

BRING YOUR LAPTOP, WI-FI IS AVAILABLE IN EVERY BED ROOM, BREAKFASTS AREA AND ON THE COVERED PATIO. If you want to leave the laptop at home there is a Windows Based Desktop in the office that you are welcome to use to keep up with family and friends back home.
